Tirocinio curricolare. Un modello in costruzione

This paper would like to present the cultural reasons that have supported and support the institutional experience developed in the academic years from 2012-13 to 2014-15 by the pedagogical courses at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Bergamo, in order to face the not-simple task of implementing and improving the quality of traineeship provided in both its curricular courses. It would be compared with two new facts: the institutional, formative and cultural increasing attention given to this device and the significant increase of the number of students enrolled in the pedagogical courses of the University of Bergamo and the consequent increase in quantity of traineeships to be activated. Offering a qualitative academic education for a large number of students is a goal that we could and should pursue, but, in our times, it is not a small challenge.
