Per un "neoumanesimo del lavoro": l'alternanza scuola-lavoro

Since Moratti’s reform, work-related learning has been looking for a final systematization to combine theory and practice, work and study. In this perspective, the pedagogy of work-based learning is, today, in the need to revise its epistemological foundations and in Gentile’s neo-humanism traces - as we will see - the theoretical possibility to connect mind and hand, thought and action, epistème-téchne. This is the reason why, proceeding step by step and summarizing, we will analyze below the ontological, gnoseological, epistemological, but especially anthropological aspects found in the Sicilian philosopher’s and pedagogist’s thought, which can’t be avoided for the establishment of the relationship between theory and practice, knowledge and action, and which oversee the delicate relationship "between school and work".
