Abstract

In the paradigm of pedagogy as a boundary science and “cura sui”, the article focuses on the school-work relationship as a decisive dimension for the reform of the education system, moving towards an integrated training system, rooted in the community tissues of businesses and territories. Starting from the analysis of a national experience carried out by the Observatory on Training Processes and Territorial Analysis, with the scientific responsibility of Prof. E. Mannese, the article proposes an innovative theoretical model developed in the epistemological framework of the pedagogy of work.

As part of the development paths for soft skills and guidance, the project T.A.L.E.N.T.I. makes learning environments enhanced by digital technology, based on generative teaching/learning processes, for the development of guidance skills, through an approach characterized by interesting convergences with the PNRR.

The contribution focuses on the potential implications of T.A.L.E.N.T.I. for businesses and territories, linked to the integrated and network logic, according to the concept of an educational and professional career and in the perspective of longlife learning as a strategy that generates experience.
