“Formazione, Lavoro, Persona” is an open access journal, whose contents are freely available without charge, provided that their bibliographical references are quoted accurately (author, title, review, issue, year, number of pages etc.).

The journal provides immediate open access to all its contents, according to the principle of making research freely available to the public, in order to support a greater global exchange of knowledge. In this sense:
-  everyone has a free and unlimited access to the full-text articles published in our journal;
-  manuscripts are freely available without subscription or price barriers;
-  papers are released in open access format.

Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative) definition of open access (http://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org/) and with the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities(http://openaccess.mpg.de/Berliner-Erklaerung).
