"Formazione, lavoro, persona" is a quarterly scientific journal promoted by CQIIA (Center for Quality of Teaching, Didatic Innovation and Learning of the University of Bergamo). The Journal is ranked as a scientific journal "class A" in the disciplinary sectors M-PED/01, 02, 03, 04 and it is included in the following national and international databases: Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Aisberg, Ulrich's Web, ACNP - Catalogo collettivo italiano dei periodici.

Established in 2010, the journal initially has promoted the scientific activities of the Ph.D program in "Human Capital Formation and Labour Relations" promoted by the University of Bergamo at the Department of Human and Social Sciences. Then the journal has broadened its action, collecting scientific articles from professors and researchers, crossing the borders of the scientific disciplinary sectors of education, always in interaction to solve problems or to elaborate projects related to the four annual Call for Papers.

All the articles published in the journal are reviewed by double-blind referees, in accordance with national and international standards. The documentation produced starting from 2020 is kept on record through the online platform Open Journal Systems (OJS).
