Disability Manager and Tutoring skills in order to support work inclusion

Abstract

The present paper analyzes the Disability Manager position in companies as a resource intervening on inclusion processes involving the background, the environment and the person, thanks to his tutoring competences. This contribution concerns the requirement of new intervention policies to safeguard inclusion and continuation of the job. In this regard, the main focus is on educational and pedagogical skills in order to develop capabilities and tutoring practices.
