Job Crafting, a term certainly best known to those involved in the business training, is a perspective that briefly refers to the relationship between management and the right of professional autonomy of the worker, enhancing their proactive contribution to the realization of organizational purposes. The article intends to provide a contribution by referring to some ideas of educational literature, in the direction of improving the quality of training within the school system, supported by a strategic organizational vision.
