Abstract
It is unanimous opinion that Giuseppe Lombardo Radice was an undisputed protagonist of the season of profound change in school education and teaching/learning practices during the early twentieth century. Widening the horizon and reference contexts of the research, proceeding to a fine-tuning of the interpretative keys adopted so far, however, new tracks for investigation can be still offered to the attention of pedagogical scholars.
