Intergenerational exchange as educational praxis in technological empowerment processes: a literature review.
Abstract
The subject of the research is a literature review that provides a study of the good practices implemented in the projects considered as references in relation to the involvement of older and younger people in processes of skills transfer, active ageing and knowledge exchange. There are many project experiences that highlight the need to investigate good practices related to intergenerational exchange through which to imagine new paradigms for education and instruction also aimed at the evolution of educational systems and the design of new methods. This research explores the design components of the case studies in order to reveal useful elements for future theories and studies.
