Abstract

The article, starting from Faculty Development, which aims to develop the teaching skills not only of university teachers and researchers, but also of PhD students, in order to implement a teaching approach 'centred' on learner learning, presents the structure of the seminar «University teaching: the role of metacognition and learning styles», aimed at PhD «Mind, Gender and Language» Research Doctorate of the University of Naples Federico II. The didactic training experience for doctoral students confirmed the importance of developing the teaching skills of future research doctors
