Abstract

The paper presents an activity of CHANGES (PNRR, Mission 4), analysing the “Imaginary Tourism” project as a case study on the relationship between reading education, community, and territory. The project is based on collaboration among universities, schools, the third sector, and private publishing. Through a qualitative methodology, it is interpreted as an experience of situated learning and proposed as a model of sustainable school tourism and active citizenship, capable of enhancing lesser-known territories and promoting civic engagement.
