The school-work alternation between theory and praxis. Culture of work and development of communities of reflective practices
Abstract
The current great transformation of work inevitably requires an integration of educational and industrial policies. The paper deals with the theme of school-work alternation, stressing that disciplines and skills are not in contradiction but they are able to build together a learning experience. After considering the theories and praxis, the paper analyzes the processes of learning and their pedagogical dimensions that allow to reconstruct the experience of traineeship in a school-work alternation path in terms of active participation in a community of practice. The article concludes with an analysis of the conceptual evolution and new prospects associated with the construct of community of practice and with a digital school-work alternation.
