The Self Directed Learning in PhD Program. From Individual Point to Collective One in the Learning Process for PhD Students
Abstract
Starting from the contribution of Gaston Pineau, this paper poses the analysis of Self-Learning within the complex learning processes implemented and developed in the PhD and by PhD students. In this perspective, the Self-Learning, in a collective point of view, is inscribed in the dynamic between hetero-learning and eco-learning, between direct and indirect processes that promote Self-Learning as a goal for professionals of research, developing the competencies that sustain both their professionalism and the management of research processes.
