Narrative practice for self-training in workplaces

Abstract
The aim of this work to highlight the importance of narration for self-training in the workplaces. Among the different approaches that are contributing to the renewal of work pedagogy, the narratives, carried out from a metacognitive perspective, represent one of the main sources of self-knowledge and offer opportunities to give new meanings to work, in view of the formation of one's professional and personal identity.
