Pedagogical reflections along the intersections between subjectivity and work
Abstract
Starting from the fertile connections between narrative and pedagogy, the purpose of this paper consists in promoting a pedagogical analysis of two novels: Ermanno Rea’s “La dismissione” and Matteo Bonfigli’s “Cronache dal Sottosuolo”. The analysis of the working dispositives depicted in these books highlights the effects of subjectivization of two current working configurations as long as the continuities and differences in their training effects. Finally, a clinical reading of the two narratives offers the possibility to identify a peculiar pedagogical object consisting in the analysis and critical reflection of workplace cultures disseminated in contemporary world.
