Validation of experiential learning as a method of lifelong learning
Abstract
The article aims to present the validation of experiential learning as a method of lifelong learning. One of the most important goals of validating the experiential learning is to improve people employability, meant as a combination of contextual and personal elements of which soft skills are the most relevant. During the process of validation, in particular through the analysis of the activities guided by a counsellor, the candidate develops some of these strategic skills, among others, such as some other «key competences for lifelong learning» (Council of the European Union, 2018).
