Continuing education, upskilling e reskilling: A review of international PES practices

Abstract

The general purpose of this survey is to review the PES (Public Employment Service) practices present in the database of the European Commission, in order to identify those aimed at upskilling and reskilling through the implementation of specific training courses and the creation of large and important partnership. The specific objective is to understand the value and significance that PES practices attach to continuing education.
