Abstract

The article aims to present how continuous training in the IA machines society can express a learnfare model based on worker’s right to learn. In this professional action transformation between robotics and digital, training expresses the emerging quality of a generative ecosystem, capable of connecting schools, universities, training agencies and businesses in order to foster meaningful and enabling learning options in adult life. The training subjective right not only enhances autonomy and freedom amount, recognized in the abstract to the individual, but also his ability and agency or personal fulfillment expression keys.
