Ongoing training for the teaching profession

Abstract

The article reflects on ongoing training for teachers from a pedagogical perspective, identifying in analysis of teaching practice an important strategy for the promotion of a professional figure capable of expressing his vocation and planning educational experiences and relationships for his students.
