Abstract

AI Chatbots renew the controversy between those in favor and those against technologies in a new context by questioning teachers about the possibility of their use in educational paths, respecting the integrity of the person and without denying the role and purpose of pedagogy and teaching in school educational and training processes. Artificial intelligence has a highly revolutionary potential in itself as long as it is used within the paradigm of personalization by a tutor-teacher aware of its benefits but above all of the limits and ethical challenges it brings with it
