Abstract
The following article aims to reflect, from a pedagogical perspective, on the topic of the research PhD in Italy, focusing on the experience of the PON (National Operational Programme) programme, which aims to enhance interdisciplinarity, the connection between theory and practice and the integration between academic training and corporate experience. The article, also thanks to the experience of some PhD students at the University of Bergamo, discusses the pedagogical implications of the PhD.
